Tap your phone on freeself and a focus mode activates: Do Not Disturb, blocked apps, a timer. Tap again when you're done. Ending focus is a deliberate act, not a swipe.
iOS only at launch — any iPhone 7 or newer works. Android is in active development.
No subscription required. Pay once for the Tag, the app is free — forever. Later this year we'll introduce an optional freeself+ for power users. The essentials stay free, always.
